Quick Burn! - A Metabolic Group Training Class to Burn Fat & Generate Results
- Quick Burn was created to provide people with a fun, high energy, metabolic workout to build strength, power, and endurance, improve anaerobic and aerobic cardiovascular systems, and address individual’s corrective exercise needs -- all in one 45-minute session!
- Simply put there is no other system out there that accomplishes all these things in just 45 minutes.
- Each session begins with R.A.M.P (range of motion-mobility, activation, movement prep) and foam rolling to effectively warm up the entire body
- The next 30 minutes are focused on non-stop metabolic strength training consisting of heavy ropes, sand bags, kettle bells, TRX, sleds, bodyweight exercises, and other movements designed to keep the heart rate high while building strength. Raise your heart rate using total body motions and increase your metabolism to burn more fat!
- Class ends with regeneration techniques using tools such as foam rollers, lacrosse balls and sticks to decrease muscle density, increase blood flow, and get the body back to its most efficient state
